lucky girl…..but good things never happen to good people..in case of media driver one will need net or upgrade his/her hardware so net option is the best.. MS using Linux idea installing drivers through net..one biggest crap of latest windows OS is, its not support old Hardware and software like games..drivers etc …

You dont have to open it. Just use Microsoft USB DVD tool to make bootable Media and boot from it.

This is Hareesh.The main reason to turn up to this Group is that, Recently I have installed Zorin OS by replacing with my old windows 7 files. I thought, Zorin OS formats only C drive(OS of Windows 7) Unfortunately all the data in the Drives (D,E,F) was totally Vanished. After the Zorin OS installation, I found only drive with no files regarding my past personal data.

Well it happened with my friends laptop too. Windows 8 has all drivers. Those laptops who are coming with windows 8 are better. When you install windows 7 then drivers issue come.
You have two solution. You can install DriverPack Solution 14 to fix driver issue in windows 7.

hello. after the installation, its fine. but when i used a certain software it says “need to download net framework 3.5 to used this app… i downloaded the said requirement. but when im going to install the offline installer of netfw3.5, it says need netfw3.5 to use this app.. how can i fix it? even will i install it online, it says network error..

Make an USB Stick bootable and install Windows without any tools!
Plug your USB into your computer.
Open CMD and type in diskpart.
Now follow these Steps:Type: list disk
Now select the disk you want with: select disk x x=number of disk
After that it says that the disc is selected, now we need to clean.
Just type “clean”
Next step is to create an partition:
type: create partition primary
Then mark the stick as active
Type:active
Now we format the USB into an FAT32 System so the stick gets bootable
Type: format fs=fat32
The last step is to assign
Type: assignafter all that were done..
