I’m really sorry for the late reply, sir. It is possible that another version of Microsoft Office is already installed on your system, or some leftover Office files are still present in the background, which is causing this error. Kindly uninstall the previous Office version completely and then try installing this one again. It should install without any issues. If you can’t add Mendeley (or another Word add-in) to Microsoft Word, first make sure you’re using a compatible version of both Microsoft Office and the add-in. Try opening Word as Administrator, then reinstall the Mendeley Word plugin and restart your PC. Also check Word → File → Options → Add-ins to see if the add-in is disabled. If it still doesn’t appear, please let us know which version of Mendeley you’re using and the exact error message, if any.

Sir, Microsoft Project is not included with Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024. It is a separate application and must be installed separately.
