Hi, would like Getintopc to pin this comment as it may help many people around
Some of you may activate ccleaner like in the video but after a reboot or turning on internet connection it asks you again for a serial key and might say that that was forged or fake and you will keep entering it until you give up

*FIXES*
1. exclude ccleaner from your antivirus
2. go to C:WindowsSystem32driversetc then open hosts file with not pad and add these lines in bottom

i am lazy to point out ccleaner but it may help if you have adobe programs installed
Click save as and choose desktop ( to make it easy 🙂 )
then remove .txt from the saved file and then replace it to the directory from where you copied
restart computer reinstall ccleaner Voila Done
3. open windows firewall then click new inbound rule then choose ccleaner.exe and then click block connection then give the rule a name and restart done now your computer will never ask for a serial key again ( but you wont get any updates if you went with option 3 🙂 )

    Ok, lemme explain that part again
    when you will add the above domains in your host file located in C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc
    you have to save the changes but as you cant save the hosts file at the same location because you dont have appropriate rights to do this. Save it in any convenient location. Then you will see that the the file is saved as “hosts.txt” remove “.txt” ( You might not see the extension. to fix that open windows explorer then click on files on the top left corner then click Folders and search options then click on view tab then uncheck “hide extensions for known file types” You will see hosts file as “hosts.txt” now 🙂 ) after you remove “.txt” from it it will become “hosts” after that copy the file from where you removed “.txt” and paste it in C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc It will ask that there are 1 file with same name do you want to replace it, Click replace all files. Done CCleaner shouldnt ask you for a key until the hosts file is modified by deleting the above domains.

    if you try to save the changes it will say that where you want to save the file choose desktop
    the file will be saved as “hosts.txt” change it to “hosts” by deleting “.txt”
    copy this from desktop and paste it to C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/etc
    it will say that this file already exists do you want to replace it ?
    Click Yes

    On start menu type notepad and then right click on notepad and select “run as administrator”. Then naviate to C:WindowsSystem32driversetc and open “hosts” file name and do whatever you want and click on save. It will save as you are making changes as “administrator”.
