To everyone who has been facing this issue. I have reverted back to 2018 version which I found to be stable. I guess you will need to give admin some time to resolve this issue because all the versions stopped at the same time. I tried reverting to 2020 and 2019 as well which didn’t work but I had worked on both copies in the past.
Give the admin time to resolve, once it is resolved, I believe they will post it here and notify us.

DONT INSTALL THIS VERSION. Anyways you still will, so I’ll explain what is going to happen and how you are going to solve it. When you install & run this version, it will immediately close. Parallelly, it will corrupt your existing Lightroom catalog (if you are upgrading) and ‘inserts’ some file that will prevent you from running any previous versions at all. Yep. You will want to uninstall this version, get an older version, install & run it and BAM! That crashes as well. Happened here and else where.
One way I figured to get LR working again is using your computer’s ‘Restore point’ to go to a time before installing this 2021 version. (I hope you have created Restore points!)
And now your issue will be that the LR Catalog has gone corrupt and LR will just not let you get past it. Additionally the ‘Create New Catalog’ also just won’t work. Weird stuff going here!
So what did I do? I uninstalled the older version also, ran Revo uninstaller to remove any residue files. The uninstalled version was LR CC. I tried installing the LR Classic version and it just worked.
