  Everything works fine at my end. The file is 148mb large and I was able to download it in 1 minute, this means the links are fast.
  Maybe check your network/wifi provider. Could be your internet connection is slow.

You just don’t need any video download software. You just start the video on full screen and you may use Alt-Win-R for start/stop recording in Windows 10. If necessary, you may extend the default 2 hours recording to 4 hours, that is all.
