Never mind I got it to work, I had to block Adobe in hosts file, then login creative cloud, change the TEMP file in the above video, I had to copy all the files from the link in the description of this youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kx4h2ECd1ZU and place them in C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Photoshop 2022RequiredPlug-insFilters. Then the filter download worked. However, when you log out of creative cloud , the Neural Filters are greyed and you can not open.

Thank you work perfectly. Neural filters Need to be downloaded from Adobe. You have to be signed in Photoshop Adobe account. And before you sign you need to do this watch YouTube video.

You DON’T NEED TO DO THIS. For Neural Filters to work, you have to:
1 – You NEED TO HAVE an Adobe Creative Cloud acount and LOGGED IN into it ( Neural Filters are Adobe Cloud based so, they only work, and download, with an account logged in )
2 – With Photoshop opened, you have to download the Neural Filters. Filters tab > Neural Filters
3 – If when you click to download the Neural Filters they don’t download, CLOSE Photoshop and open again. Click to download Neural Filters and they will start downloading.

Folks I have been trying for along time to get the NF working. and long and short no matter what you do when you are not signed in to your adobe account the NF will not work simple as that. There is no work around no fix no simple explanation they will NOT WORK. You must be signed in to you adobe account and then you are more likely to get the non-genuine splash on screen..

No matter what you do, you MUST BE SIGNED IN. Without it, you won’t be able to process the image using Neural filters. Because its cloud processing. Not offline.
Also, You’ll need latest Creative Cloud version for photoshop to work.
Once you’ve Signed In, I guess every filter works. People who say “it works”, have not tested Neural Filters. The app opens and works otherwise, no doubt, but not the filters.
I guess, Adobe striked hard this time. They are collecting all our data, trying to know who does what, and anything uploaded to internet can also be tracked probably.
A big next challenge for Pirates. Donno how they’ll solve this.

well every single time i try to startup photoshop, i get a message from adobe saying ” This unlicensed Photoshop app has been disabled. Get genuine Adobe apps. You Can No Longer use the unlicensed app. Take advantage of exclusive discounts today”. Safe to say that this site is a load of crap. You Guys Suck.

This error occurs because the app package to be installed is trying to access a file that is in use by a different application.
While installing or updating Creative Cloud apps using the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, you get Error code 501. The error summary may read as follows:———————————– Summary ———————————–

4 Choose End Task to close this application.
5 Once application is closed, click Retry to download the Creative Cloud app again.

First you need to have (and logged in) an Adobe Creative Cloud account. Neural Filters ONLY WORK with an account. Then open Neural Filters (inside Photoshop) and download them.
If a failed notification appear, close Photoshop. Open Photoshop again and try to download neural filters. Repeat these steps till neural filters can be downloaded.
Usually, neural filters can be downloaded, and start working, after you do a couple of times, the above steps.

You could use the Adobe CC removal tool, then reinstall Photoshop.

The program seems to work after install for a while, but I have had to re-download and re-install this many times because after some random time period, I get a popup, *blocking me from even closing Photoshop* saying:
“This unlicensed Photoshop app has been disabled. Get genuine Adobe apps”
“You can no longer use this unlicensed app. Take advantage of exclusive discounts today.”
[Shop offers] or [Fix it].You literally can’t close out of Photoshop, close out of the popup, you have to click Fix it to get the popup to go away, then close Photoshop after, as it won’t allow you to edit anything after clicking Fix It.
Not sure if this is a “cracked” version they didn’t configure correctly to disable license checks/disable the app from firewall, and has a simple fix the users who download can apply.. or if this is just an Adobe download that uses an expired license.. which in that case, you really can’t do anything unless a “crack” is made that disables license checks from the app.
Any help? There’s no extra steps given in the readme to prevent this issue.. I’ve done the download just as shown, and just as the ReadMe says to. But the issue persists.

I believe it will be able to solve the problem I mentioned above by blocking connection to the app.1-After installing the Photoshop setup, don’t open Photoshop.
2- Open ” Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security”
3-click on inbound rules and create a new rule
4-select program, then choose “this programme path” and click on “browse” and find and select Photoshop where you installed it from the main location.
5-click next and select block the connection
6-click next and make sure you have selected all three rules, then click next.

Everybody is so ridiculous with your complaints… The majority of the complaints are about issues because your computer or laptop is not compatible so quit complaining. Neutral filters work flawlessly but there is no photo restoration filter since that needs active internet connection to be activated with adobe cloud. The neural filters only have a couple in beta version grayed out but all the rest work perfectly. This does not work on windows 7 or windows 8 so stop complaining and quit trying and will not work with 32 system it needs 64. Quit asking for miracles where there are none. For those whose system requirements are up to Photoshop 2022 standards its very easy…. No need to see videos or make this long and hard. First turn off internet and antivirus software. Next extract zip folder. I used winrar and it extracted perfecly so win zip is not even necessary as many claim in comments. If you are having issues extracting its not the extractor its your slow internet connection… You need stable internet to downlaod the file. If you do not have it quit complaining because there will be errors. After extracting move both executable files to where photoshop will be installed. In my case: C:/Prgram files/Adobe….. then run with administrator privileges the photoshop file first. It will ask what path you want to install to. Choose the same one your executable is located in. Then next next next until you finish. Do not change DEFAULT PATH in the official Adobe Installer once it appears. just accept since it will be the same as the first path you manually chose. ONce finished DO NOT RUN. Just click finish and run Neural Filter executable with administrator priviliges as well… Accept everythinng and change nothing in settings just finish installing and click finish. Now you MUST BLOCK photoshop COMPLETELY from any internet access with either you anitvirus software or windows defender (if you do not know how LOOK IT UP ON YOUTUBE) many many videos explaining how. Then you must block your antivirus or windows defender from analyzing the Adobe folder… (if you dont know how MANY YOUTUBE VIDEOS) and thats it. Quit complaining as if you had bought it and learn to say thank you and move on if you cant solve simple things like that. EVERYTHING WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. Thank you admin.

After installation, before turning your internet back on, you need to block the software’s internet connection through Windows Firewall. You can search on Google how to block programs using the firewall. Once that is done, if you turn your internet on, the software will work properly and you won’t face any sign-in problems.
