After the installation.. the screen is showing blank white screen, I mean the working stage.. why this happening ? Installation all successfully completed but…this is the issue.

Hello Admin,
I installed this app it is working very good. I need to install a plugin Animated SVG exporter in adobe animate. When i iry to install error occured invalid licence and i also tried to install manually. If you can do something look into that. I want to create animated SVG but there is no software available. I think animated SVGs is highly in demand look closely into that.

When i run the exe file it shows us “Installation options” with Animate logo in it, i cant see anyother option.
I tried 2018,2019 and 2020 version,i get same white screen in all versions.
