Try to plug out your internet cable, launch Adobe Xd and then reconnet, at this point if try to start a new artboard it will works without giving that error, that in my case happens because in spiting of having deleted everything it picks my adobe account automatically as soon as I launch the software, even if I’m logged out

For those who are having issue installing plugins in Adobe |XD, all you have to do is to click on the help button and sign in your adobe account creative cloud account and everything would be solved instantly. you will see it when you click on that three lines(more option), scroll to the final end. You will see it.

try to go to products then find something closest to adobe XD or something then extract the trial one then after extraction, open the folder then scroll down to see adobe XD or just XD trust me it will work i tried it when i was windows 7 but now i’m on windows 10 so no worries just send the shortcut to desktop then run it as admin then your good to go!

Dude if you’re so obsessed with latest version for no reason (yes, 2021 version doesn’t have any outstanding updates) then go to their requests page and ask there. Asking here is pointless. They don’t upload new versions just because one person asks for it. You need sufficient number of upvotes for your request to be accepted.
