Before extracting zip, make sure your antivirus or windows defender’s real time protection is off temporarily. Because it can sometimes corrupt the zip files during extraction/installation. Secondly, Is your setup 100% complete downloaded? Use IDM to download. Because chrome/firefox can corrupt some large download files.

Hello, i have a error message that comes when i open the program “License manager error-8 : The license file in use is invalid”. I read here that there is a video that can help but it did not worked for me. I also tested to make a copy of license.lib to transform it into license.dat and then copy it into the program files -> license. But none of those methods worked for me, can someone help me pls?

The most direct way to fix a “failed checkout” is to re-activate the software so it can generate a fresh, valid license file.
Close MATLAB completely.
Go to your MATLAB installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2024b\bin\win64).
Look for an application named activate_matlab.exe and run it.
Follow the prompts to log in with your MathWorks account and complete the activation.

During the software installation, if you turned on the internet even once, some files go into the registry. After that, even if you keep the internet off, it gives you a license error.
