Yes…. Here’s the info from Vortex that I posted…. Which I would suggest over LongHorn… I had trouble with it regarding a USB stick…. Up to you I guess….

I read the comments here & saw that some of your followers aren’t very literate with the inner workings, so I will help them out, if you dont mind…..
Follow my intructions carefully. In fact, copy or print them!
When you download the file, go to where it is & “RENAME” it by geleting the -GetIntoPC- from the file name.
– If you want to burn the .iso file to a cd, I would recommend a nice free app called CDBurnerXP
When you’re installing it: -Check the “Associate ISO (.iso) files w/ CDBurnerXP”
When you want to burn the CD (that’s all you’ll need): -Click on “Burn ISO image”

A number of the functions upon first installin Vortex 3G will be in Arabic (should’ve seen me scratching my head when I right-clicked my Avast to modify it!), but if you need it all in English……
– Start > ControlPanel > Regional & Language Options > (from drop-down box) select your language > (near bottom: Location from drop-down box) United States or whatever.
– Click “Languages” tab & make sure both boxes under Supplemental Language Support ar NOT checked
– Click Details button & ge sure only the language that you use is showing in the “Installed Services” box.
– Click the “Advanced” tab & be sure your language of choice is showing in the drop-down box.
– In the Code Page Conversion Tables box, uncheck as many of the boxes that you can.

You’ll need to disable the WGAN… (Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications). It is similar to WAT (Windows Authentication Technologies) which reports automatically to Microsoft about unauthorized usage of their products. Here’s how… It’s simple to do…
– Start > Run > (type in) regedit > (double-click all the following) HKLocalMachine > Software > Microsoft > WindowsNT > CurrentVersion > WinLogOn > (right-click & DELETE) Notify > Close the window & re-boot your machine… Done!!!
– Start > Run > (type in) Services.msc > (right-click) SPP Notify (if there) & STOP > Close the windo & re-boot your machine…. You are Good To Go!! Easy, eh??

I had that too… Telling me to run chkdsk /f because of disk errors but windows 7 rocked on this spare (of many that I have) hard drive…. LongHorn Build 4093 is nothing but junk… I’m surprised! Fatima always has good stuff here…. One of my more favourite sites to visit & try out various different software ….. Oh well….
