Hello..

I have been having trouble with my Windows and MS Office for a couple weeks. I at one point lost access to Windows 10 my PC would not boot. I worked on the fix and after a couple of days and some online help I got most of it back. But when it came back many functions ceased to work and my office 2016 was complete corrupted, every time I open program like Word or Excel it would ask me accept the license agreement again. I would accept all the different requests and the program would open but it had zero history no previous document and I could not open any document on the desk top. So I deleted MS Office 2016 and installed your version of MS Office 2019. I had to do a lot of clean up and I had to reboot multiple times but after a while it took. Now to my problem…. I have all the programs on my PC but when I open them they close in a few seconds, I can not actually use the programs. With all the challenges I had with the instillation perhaps I screwed something up any advice on how I can get past this challenge? Thank You LC
